The villa is really modern and new. The heated pool had 29 degrees. Outside there is a modern and clean furniture, sunbeds, huge movable sunshade and gas grill. Inside the villa is equipped with very high quality modern electronics and kitchen equipment so that every single wish is fulfilled. We got really a lot of new ideas for our house! The location is also very good - very quiet, but just 7 mins walk to the beach. We had a car so in 10 mins all Cambrils restaurants and shops can be reached.

The house is very modern, with enormous sliding windows and doors. Spacious and full of daylight. The pool is wonderful, with heated salted water and despite looking small it's comfortable. There is a nice little backyard around the house with multiple places to sunbathe, sit or eat outside. The furnishing is very pretty and comfortable, with modern electric adjusted beds, leather sofas and gas fireplace. There are external window blinds protecting the inside from the sun.

I recommend this house, it will meet the requirements of even the most demanding people. Near the sea, beautiful beach. A very charming place. The house is modern and very well equipped.
